The Matrix has many odd names that are mind boggleing and interestingly unique. First, there is Neo, "The One". Neo's name can be arranged into the word "One" which is where his name derives from. Morpheus is named after Ther Greek God of Dreams. Trinity is simply a biblical connotation much like the word "nuclear". Cyphers are used to figure things out. Unfortunately, that is all that I have for now. But I will add more as time progresses.
